Your organization has the passion, the people and the programs you need to advance your mission. Learn to use the media to share your vision and ingenuity with community members, the public, policymakers, and funders through the media! Students will learn the basic elements of media planning: defining objectives, identifying audiences, developing key talking points and preparing spokespeople. Then we will focus on time-tested strategies for making good news, including media databases, press releases, press conferences, and media events.
